Policy

Booking and Payment Policy:
A $225.00 "Save the Date" deposit is required to book the date. Deposit is
non refundable and non transferable but is applied toward the price of your cake. The remaining balance is split into 2 payments with 50% of the remaining balance due 2 months prior to the event and final payment due 3 weeks prior to the event. Any unpaid balance 15 days prior to the event must be paid in cash.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event you cancel your cake, you will forfeit the original non refundable,
non transferable "Save the Date" deposit. Any remaining balance paid is non refundable but can be applied to another cake, of equal or greater value, up to one year from the date of cancellation, subject to contract provisions and availability on my calendar. To reschedule a date, a new "Save the Date" deposit will be taken out of any remaining paid balance, then all "new" remaining balances and deposits will be recalculated. Contract will be provided with Save the Date Deposit.

Consultations:
Consultations are by appointment only. Give me a call and we will schedule a time to meet one on one or we can correspond by e-mail, what ever is more convenient for you. Either way, I will provide all the details related to your wedding cake including all deposits, payments, delivery, set up, and a written contract. We will also discuss equipment necessary to make your wedding cake stand and issues with outdoor receptions.
